The Noisy Brain is a community-first project spreading mental health awareness, literacy and support through writing, music and peer groups.OUR HEALING JOURNEYPeople living with mental and emotional issues are still a marginalised group, often lacking opportunity to be listened to and understood.
We believe that healing can’t happen in isolation, but has to be situated within a social context in which stories can be heard.
The Noisy Brain provides such a context, hosting and positively framing mental illness stories that otherwise would remain invisible, and charged with shame and guilt.

The monthly subscription helps us; fund online therapy sessions for those in our community struggling with their mental and emotional health issues, media campaigns to amplify our cause, promote musicians, and also pay for basic operations.
With this we hope to continue helping as many people as we can.
